Connor represents and provides counsel to the team and our clients in legislative and other governmental arenas.  He is responsible for analyzing policy and legal issues; drafting legislation, amendments, and regulations; and preparing persuasive advocacy materials and presentations.

Prior to joining TMSG, Connor attended and graduated from the George Mason University School of Law (“GMUSL”).  During law school, Connor was a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Finance and the National Labor Relations Board.  He was also a legislative extern for TMSG during the 2015 Legislative Session.  Before attending GMUSL, he worked as a legal assistant for Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a field organizer for Harry Reid’s campaign for United States Senate, and the Field Director for Chris Giunchigliani’s campaign for Mayor of Las Vegas.

In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor from GMUSL, Connor received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.  While he is a legislative and political counsel in his work with TMSG and its clients, he also brings campaign and political experience, which is “state of the art” with respect to Nevada elections and their analysis or related political or election issues.  He is building a competent reputation as a new resource, who understands not just the legal underpinnings, but the practicalities surrounding client questions and needs in the election and compliance fields.

As an attorney who focuses his practice on government affairs, Connor is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
